纳米科技又称为毫微科技,是一门新兴的科学技术,而其称谓则是源于长度单位纳米(1米=10~9纳米,即10亿纳米)。所谓纳米科学,指研究纳米尺寸范围0.1~100纳米之内的物质所具有的物理、化学性质和功能的科学。而纳米技术,则是以纳米科学为理论基础,进行制造新材料、新器件,研究新工艺的方法。纳米科技,可以分为纳米材料学、纳米电子学、纳米生物学、纳米化学、纳米光学和纳米机械学(制造工艺学)等。其中每一门类都是跨学科的边缘科学,不是某一学科的延伸或某一项工艺的革新,而是许多基础理论、专业工程理论与当代尖端高新技术的结晶。纳米科技主要以物理、化学等的微观研究理论为基础,以现代高精密检测仪器和先进的分析技术为手段,是一个原理深奥、科技顶尖和内容极广的多学科群。
Nanotechnology, also known as nanotechnology, is an emerging science and technology, and its title is derived from the length of the unit of nanometer (1 meter = 10 ~ 9 nanometers, that is 1 billion nanometers). The so-called nano-science, refers to the study of nano-size range of 0.1 to 100 nanometers within the material has the physical, chemical properties and functions of science. Nanotechnology, however, is based on nanoscience as the theoretical basis for manufacturing new materials, new devices and methods for studying new processes. Nanotechnology, can be divided into nanomaterials, nanoelectronics, nanobiology, nanochemistry, nanophotonics and nanomechanics (manufacturing technology) and so on. Each of these categories is an interdisciplinary fringe science, not an extension of a subject or a process innovation, but a crystallization of many basic theories, professional engineering theories and contemporary cutting-edge high-tech. Nanotechnology is mainly based on the microscopic research theory of physics and chemistry. Based on modern high-precision testing instruments and advanced analytical techniques, nanotechnology is a multi-disciplinary group with profound principles, top science and content.
