职称晋升考试是培养合格人才、促进技术队伍建设的一项重要举措,同时也是关系到我军卫生事业长远发展的一件大事。全军医学工程专业中级资格统一考试作为全军卫生技术资格考试的重要组成部分,随着2001年考核改革措施的出台和试行,愈来愈受到业内人士的关注。一段时期以来,我们陆续接到许多读者来信询问考试的有关问题,为此,我刊邀请了全军卫生技术资格考试命题委员会工程专业组组长、南京军区总医院姜宗义教授和全军考试中心卫生技术资格考试办公室张波主任就改革后的全军医学工程专业中考的有关问题进行逐一回答。现全文刊登,以飨读者。
The promotion of professional titles is an important measure to train qualified personnel and promote the construction of technical personnel. It is also a major event that concerns the long-term development of our military’s health undertaking. As the important component of the PLA’s technical eligibility examination, the PLA’s mid-level examination of uniform qualifications in medical engineering has drawn more and more attention from the industry with the promulgation and implementation of the assessment reform measures in 2001. Since a period of time, we have received many letters from readers asking questions about the exam. To this end, I invited the head of the engineering committee of the proposition committee of the PLA’s military technical qualification examination, Professor Jiang Zongyi of the Nanjing Military Region General Hospital and the examination center of the PLA Zhang Bo, director of the Technical Qualification Examination Office, answered each question on the reform of the military examinations in the field of medical engineering.
