目的:了解韶关市8个县级采血站采血情况及血液检测结果。方法:对8个采血站无偿献血资料和血液检测结果进行统计,分析总采血量、献血增长率、献血者献血次数、ABO血型比率和单次献400ml比率以及血液检测结果。结果:8个采血站采血总人数每年有不同程度的增长,但各采血站增长不均衡,按当地常住总人口5年献血比率南雄(3.50%)最高,新丰(1.66%)最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单次献血400ml最多是翁源县占自采总量的22.2%,最少是新丰县占3.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。献血次数≥6次的献血者占本县献血比率最高是翁源县(32.09%),最低是新丰县(8.94%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。献血者ABO血型比率差异无统计学意义。8个县献血者血液检测结果不合格平均5.65%,依次是新丰(7.68%)>翁源(7.15%)>仁化(6.31%)>乐昌(5.56%)>乳源(5.49%)>始兴(5.21%)>南雄(4.88%)>曲江(4.41%),不同县之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。抗-HIV初筛阳性76例(0.14%),经市疫控中心确证HIV阳性14例,确证阳性率25.24/10万。结论:做好韶关市无偿献血工作,特别是做好农民无偿献血工作,对满足韶关地区临床用血起到重要作用。
Objective: To understand blood sampling and blood test results of blood sampling stations at 8 county level in Shaoguan City. Methods: The blood donation data and blood test results of 8 blood collection stations were statistically analyzed. The total blood volume, the growth rate of blood donation, the blood donation frequency, ABO blood type ratio and the ratio of 400ml and blood test results were analyzed. Results: The total number of blood collection stations in 8 blood collection stations increased to varying degrees each year, but the blood collection stations were not evenly distributed. According to the 5-year blood donation rate of the local resident population, Nanxiong (3.50%) was the highest while Xinfeng (1.66%) was the lowest. There was statistical significance (P <0.05). The single blood donation 400ml is the largest of 22.2% of the total collected from Wengyuan County, and the least is Xinfeng County accounting for 3.3%, the difference is statistically significant (P <0.05). Blood donors who donated more than 6 times of blood donated in this county had the highest blood donation rate in Wengyuan County (32.09%) and Xinfeng County (8.94%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Blood donors ABO blood group differences were not statistically significant. The blood test results of blood donors in 8 counties failed to pass the examination with an average of 5.65%, followed by Xinfeng (7.68%), Wengyuan (7.15%), Renhua (6.31%), Lechang (5.56%), > Siheung (5.21%)> Nanxiong (4.88%)> Qujiang (4.41%). There were significant differences among different counties (P <0.05). Positive anti-HIV screening of 76 cases (0.14%), confirmed by the municipal epidemic control center HIV-positive in 14 cases, confirmed the positive rate of 25.24 / 100000. Conclusion: Doing a good job of blood donation in Shaoguan City, especially doing a good job of blood donation for farmers, plays an important role in meeting the clinical blood use in Shaoguan.
