目的探讨维吾尔族类风湿关节炎(RA)患者外周血中miR-155的表达水平及其与RA疾病活动度的相关性。方法选取在新疆医科大学附属中医医院风湿科就诊的维吾尔族初发RA患者30例(RA组)及健康体检者30例(对照组),采用实时荧光定量PCR法检测2组外周血中miR-155的相对表达量,并且与RA患者临床指标进行相关性分析。结果 miR-155在RA组外周血中的相对表达水平(1.24±0.31)较对照组(1.02±0.21)明显升高,差异有统计学意义(t=3.27,P=0.0019)。RA组外周血中miR-155的相对表达量与类风湿关节炎患者病情评价(DAS28评分)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血沉(ESR)、血小板、病程、关节功能分级等临床指标无相关性(P>0.05)。结论维吾尔族RA患者外周血中miR-155的表达上调,其表达水平与RA疾病活动度无相关性。
Objective To investigate the expression of miR-155 in peripheral blood of Uygur patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and its relationship with the activity of RA disease. Methods Thirty patients (RA group) and 30 healthy control subjects (RA group) were enrolled in this study. A total of 30 Uygur patients with rheumatoid arthritis at the TCM Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were enrolled in this study. The levels of miR- 155 relative expression, and with the clinical analysis of RA patients. Results The relative expression level of miR-155 in peripheral blood of RA group (1.24 ± 0.31) was significantly higher than that of control group (1.02 ± 0.21), the difference was statistically significant (t = 3.27, P = 0.0019). The relative expression of miR-155 in peripheral blood of patients with RA was not correlated with clinical features such as DAS28 score, C-reactive protein (CRP), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), platelet count, duration of disease and grading of joint function in rheumatoid arthritis patients (P> 0.05). Conclusion The expression of miR-155 in peripheral blood of Uygur RA patients is up-regulated, and the expression level of miR-155 is not correlated with the activity of RA disease.
