教研组是教务工作中最重要、最基本的管理组织,是学校宏观管理和微观管理的结合部。学校的中心工作是课堂教学,而课堂教学主要是学科教学,教研组是本学科教学工作的直接管理单位,是教务部门主要依靠的对象,在学校管理中起着关键的不可替代的作用。教研组的职能和作用确定了教研组工作的重要性,同时也明确了教研组长的职责。教研组长必须成为学科教学研究的带头人和组织者,并且对本学科教师队伍的建设与发展负主要责任。基于以上这些认识,我们开始着手制定《教研组
