今年5月中旬有报道称,南水北调引水进京规划延后五年,这使未来六年北京水资源紧缺的形势更加严峻。九三学社北京市委高度重视水资源促进首都可待续发展的问题,经过2008年的深入调研,形成一份重点课题调研报告和五份相关子课题报告,在此基础上转化成党派建议,并以“直通车”方式报送。这份建议受到市委、市政府领导的重视,市委书记刘淇、市长郭金龙、副市长夏占义分别做了批示。北京市水务局局长程静率队专程来到九三北京市委,与九三市委领导、专家进行座谈交流。
