在现代教育中,中职教育与普通教育存在着很大的区别,因为中职教育是与学生的就业紧密结合在一起的,这就决定了它具有突出的职业技术性、社会需求性以及实践应用性的特征。按照中职教育的要求,就要求中职语文课程必须坚持以人为本,以能力为主要培养目标,并且以就业为导向的理念。中职语文教育必须充分考虑学生的就业需求,以培养学生的职业语文能力和素养为目标。这就要求必须根据学生的个人特点来制定不同的教育方案,中职语文差异教学就由此产生了。
