为进一步提高青年教师的教学能力和业务素质,宣传和表彰优秀青年教师的先进教学经验,激励青年教师更快成长,中国教育学会物理教学研究会决定于1996年7月举行全国中学青年物理教师优秀教学录像课大赛。参赛条件为初中教师在35周岁以下和高中教师在40周岁以下,由各省(自治区、直辖市)研究会推荐的在职普通中学物理教师。大赛采取评选一节(45分钟)教学实况录像课的形式。每个省(自治区、直辖市)在广泛发动的基础上推荐两名教师授课的录像带(初高中各1名),同时送交有关录像课的教案和推荐表,以备评选时参考。
In order to further improve young teachers’ teaching ability and professional quality, publicize and commend advanced young teachers’ advanced teaching experience and encourage young teachers to grow faster, the Chinese Society of Education’s Physics Teaching Research Association decided to hold a national junior high school physics teacher outstanding in July 1996. Teaching video lesson contest. The entry conditions are junior middle school teachers who are under the age of 35 and high school teachers are under 40 years old. The physics teachers are recommended by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) research institutes to serve the ordinary secondary school physics teachers. The contest took a selection section (45 minutes) in the form of a live video lesson. Each province (autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government) recommended two videotapes (1 for each of the junior middle school and senior high school) on the basis of a wide range of launches. At the same time, they sent lesson plans and recommended forms for the video lessons for reference during the evaluation.
