随着社会生产力的不断发展,社会分工日趋细密,形成了许多不同的行业。各个行业由于从事的生产实践不同,所处的政治经济地位不同,从而也产生了各具特色的行业文化。煤矿企业文化就是一种有着浓郁煤炭气息的煤炭行业文化。本文在研究国有煤矿企业文化的内在特点的基础上,对国有煤矿加强企业文化建设的必要性和途径方法进行了深入探讨。
With the continuous development of social productive forces, the division of labor in the society becomes more and more intensive, forming many different industries. Due to the different production practices engaged in by various industries and the different political and economic status in each industry, various industry cultures with distinctive characteristics have also emerged. Coal mine enterprise culture is a kind of coal industry culture with rich coal atmosphere. Based on the study of the intrinsic characteristics of the state-owned coal mine enterprise culture, this paper discusses in depth the necessity and ways of strengthening the corporate culture in the state-owned coal mines.
