如图所示的深度量规,是为了解决图中零件9的埋头孔径较小,深度尺寸用通用量具难以测量的问题而设计的,在批量生产的检验中,应用效果较好。 深度量规的量杆3与衬套1孔径和套筒4内孔径为H6/h5配合。量杆3插入衬孔内并套上弹簧2一起装进套筒4内,衬套1用螺钉8锁紧,使衬套1不得单偏,且能保证量杆3作上下移动灵活自如。千分表6通过镶入在套筒4顶端的开口衬套5来固定。千分表
