目的:掌握乐都县2005年-2009年居民食用碘盐状况,为消除碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学依据。方法:按照《全国碘盐监测方案》和《青海省碘盐监测实施细则》抽样,对居民户食用碘盐监测结果进行分析。结果:乐都县2005年-2009年检测居民食用碘盐均为288份,非碘盐分别为3.81%,2.77%,1.73%,0.73%,0;碘盐合格率分别为94.44%,94.09%,94.44%,96.18%,96.88%;碘盐覆盖率分别为96.84%,97.22%,98.26%,99.31%,100%;合格碘盐食用率分别为90.62%,91.13%,92.70%,95.49%,96.88%;非碘盐率呈逐年下降趋势,2005年-2009年碘盐合格率和合格碘盐食用率较2005年均有显著提高。结论:加强食用碘盐监测工作及居民户的正确食用,不断提高合格碘盐食用率,加强居民碘缺乏病防治知识及宣传教育工作。
Objective: To master the status of iodized salt in residents from 2005 to 2009 in Ledu County, and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders. Methods: According to the “national iodized salt monitoring program” and “Qinghai iodized salt monitoring implementation details” sampling, residents of households using iodized salt monitoring results were analyzed. Results: The iodized salt of residents in Ledu County from 2005 to 2009 were 288 and non-iodized salt were 3.81%, 2.77%, 1.73% and 0.73%, respectively. The qualified rate of iodized salt was 94.44% and 94.09% , 94.44%, 96.18% and 96.88% respectively. The coverage rates of iodized salt were 96.84%, 97.22%, 98.26%, 99.31% and 100% respectively. The eating rates of qualified iodized salt were 90.62%, 91.13%, 92.70% and 95.49% 96.88%; non-iodized salt rate showed a downward trend year by year, 2005-2009 iodized salt pass rate and qualified iodized salt consumption rate increased significantly compared with 2005. Conclusion: To strengthen the monitoring of consumption of iodized salt and the proper consumption of households, and constantly raise the rate of qualified iodized salt, strengthen the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders among residents and publicity and education.
