一、新形势下发扬我军优良传统的重要意义 第一,发扬优良传统和作风是保卫和建设有中国特色社会主义的需要。一方面,我军是共产党领导的无产阶级专政的柱石。只有继承接受党的绝对领导的优良传统,我军才能保持无产阶级性质,才能履行保卫社会主义制度的职能。另一方面,建设社会主义也需要军队发扬优良传统,维护团结稳定的环境。军队是维护社会稳定的坚强力量。军队只有发扬维护党和军队团结统一的传统,国家才能避免动乱,建设有中国特色社会主义事业才有希望。
First, under the new situation, it is of great significance to carry forward the fine tradition of our military. First, to develop fine traditions and work style is the need to defend and build socialism with Chinese characteristics. On the one hand, our army is the pillar of the proletarian dictatorship led by the Communist Party. Only by inheriting the fine tradition of accepting the party’s absolute leadership can our army maintain its proletarian character and fulfill its function of defending the socialist system. On the other hand, building socialism also needs the military to carry forward its fine tradition and safeguard the unity and stability of the environment. The army is a strong force in maintaining social stability. Only by carrying forward the tradition of safeguarding unity and unity between the party and the military can the country avoid disturbances and hopefully build a socialist cause with Chinese characteristics.
