由于当下我国高校法科教育人才培养模式定位出现偏差,加之部分教师授课方式单一,缺乏人文知识的有效融入,以及功利化求知导向下学生汲取人文知识动力不足,导致高校法科学生人文情感的普遍性失落。当前我国高校法科人才的培养模式亟需进行改革,并应从转变教育理念、优化学缘结构、改进授课方式、培养学生的自我教育能力等方面入手,增进学生人文情感的涵育并促使其整体素质的提升。
