On June 21， the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection Ministry gave out the information that Lu Ziyue， former deputy secretary of municipal Party committee in Ningbo City， was dismissed from his current post for serious discipline. Lu Ziyue’s career really has something to do with a person named Si Xinliang who has served as the organizational director for the Zhejiang provincial CPPCC is the fellow countryman of Lu Ziyue. He was dismissed in February 2015 for discipline before Lu Ziyue’s removal.According to related reports， when Si Xinliang served as the organizational director for the Zhejiang provincial CPPCC， he formed a huge political and business insiders’ circle， through which he finally built intimate connection with Ling Jihua’s wife in 2008. And Lu Ziyue is a member of this power circle.
It is said that Lou Zhongfu， the former president of Zhejiang Guangsha group， who established a joint venture company with Ling Jihua’s wife in 2002， got this very chance to cooperate with Ling Jihua’s wife through Si Xinliang’s active matchmaking. On March 16th this year， half an hour ahead of the end of the premier’s Q&A press， the website of Central Commission for Discipline Inspection officially announced that Lu Ziyue would be investigated by the watchdog for he has breached the regulations and disciplines.
