苏芸金杆菌生产一般都是采用液体深层发酵的方法制备菌剂(Dulmage等,1971;蒲蛰龙,1978),国外也曾有采用半固体通气培养方法的(Mechalas,1963)。我国于六十年代后期,在开展苏芸金杆菌防治农林害虫的群众运动中,创造了多种多样的简易生产方法,但都属于液体浅层和固体浅盘培养两种。我们在开展使用苏芸金杆菌以色列变种Bacillus thuringiensis var israelensis(简称B.t.i.)灭蚊的研究中,于实验室条件下用固体平板培养的方法生产B.t.i.菌粉制剂(刘炬、龙綮新,未发表),用于防治蚊子幼虫试验,取得了显著效果(仇序佳等,1981)。在此基础上,我们
