对铜溶剂萃取过程污物的生成机理进行了研究。结果表明 ,浸出液pH值、有机相与水相比例 (O A)是影响萃取污物量的主要因素。萃取过程中 ,污物量随萃取pH值升高而增加 ,随相比增大而减少。浸出液中Fe3 +、Mg2 +等离子、微细气泡和悬浮微粒是生成萃取污物的主要原因。当pH >2 .5时 ,Fe3 +发生一系列的水解与络合作用 ,生成多核羟基络离子或Fe SO4络合物 ;而FeOH2 +、Fe2 (OH) 24+等络离子还可能发生多聚反应 ,从而形成乳化层
The mechanism of copper contamination during solvent extraction was studied.
