笔者通过采访，简要介绍了该厂是如何发挥机制活、决策快的优势，在销售政策的制定以及用人制度等方面采取的独特做法。
Through an interview, the author briefly introduced how the plant played the advantages of mechanism and decision-making, and adopted a unique approach in the formulation of sales policies and employment systems.
