水稻幼苗叶随着低温(8~10℃)时间越长,ABA含量就越多,抗冷性较强的品种(组合)叶片所积累ABA含量比不抗冷的要多。外施ABA大大提高了水稻幼苗的抗冷性,减少叶的电解质渗漏率、减慢叶褪色速率和阻止叶鲜重下降。低温期间,水稻幼苗的可溶性糖含量增加。外施ABA提高可溶性糖的含量,在低温第4天更为明显,因此,ABA与秧苗抗冷性有密切的关系。
The more ABA content was in the leaves of rice seedling leaves with longer time (8 ~ 10 ℃), and the ABA content in leaves with more chilling resistance was higher than those without cold resistance. Exogenous ABA greatly increased the cold resistance of rice seedlings, reduced the electrolyte leakage rate of leaves, slowed the leaf fading rate and prevented fresh weight of leaves. During low temperature, the soluble sugar content of rice seedlings increased. Application of ABA to increase the content of soluble sugar was more obvious on the 4th day of cold temperature. Therefore, ABA was closely related to cold resistance of seedlings.
