进行焊接工艺评定是确保压力容器质量的重要措施。世界上工业先进的国家都已制订了相应的标准。本标准起草小组参照采用美国ASME《锅炉和压力容器规范》第九篇“焊接与钎焊评定”(1980年版并包括1980、1981年四次增补)结合国内实际情况首次制订出我国在焊接工艺评定方面的部标准,其技术要求不低于原美国标准,工厂可按照此实施。标准送审稿于去年年底经机械部、石油部,化工部审查会通过。标准正文共分一、基本规定;二、焊接工艺评定规则;三,制备评定用试件;四,试件及试样的检验四个部分和四个附录。为方便读者将编制说明也同时刊出。
