从轮轨蠕滑力出发,研究了纵向耦合独立旋转车轮转向架的导向机理,通过建立独立旋转车轮转向架整车动力学模型,基于数值仿真方法,分析比较了采用纵向耦合独立旋转车轮转向架、横向耦合独立旋转车轮转向架与全独立旋转车轮转向架车辆的导向性能。计算结果表明:纵向耦合独立旋转车轮轮对具备直线上的对中性能和曲线上的导向性能;在曲线通过时,与横向耦合独立旋转车轮转向架相比,同样具有足够的轮轨纵向蠕滑力;导向轮对的冲角较小,仅为全独立旋转车轮转向架的1/2;轮轨间磨耗也明显减小,磨耗指数约为全独立旋转车轮转向架的1/3;其他曲线通过性能指标也明显优于全独立旋转车轮转向架。可见,纵向耦合独立旋转车轮转向架具有较好的导向能力。
