金丝小枣为红枣中的最好品种。核小皮薄,果肉细腻,风味甘甜鲜美。鲜枣中维生素C的含量为蜜桔的10倍,干品含糖量为76—80%,含酸1—1.5%左右,甜酸适度。尚含有蛋白质、脂肪及钙、磷、铁等营养物质。具有滋胃养脾、益血壮精之功能,是安中益气、滋补健身之佳品。为了进一步提高其产量和质量,我们于1985—1986年进行了增施磷肥试验,取得了明显的效果,现将试验结果总结如下。
