目的采用超临界CO_2流体从铜藻中萃取岩藻黄质。方法以岩藻黄质提取率为指标,采用单因素试验研究萃取时间、粉碎粒度、萃取压力、萃取温度对超临界CO_2流体萃取岩藻黄质的影响。结果通过正交试验得到最佳提取工艺为:样品粉碎粒度80目,在萃取温度40℃、萃取压力25 MPa下萃取30min,在最佳萃取条件下,岩藻黄质提取率为1.12mg·g~(-1)。结论优选出超临界二氧化碳萃取铜藻中岩藻黄质的最佳工艺,为进一步开发应用提供参考依据。
Objective To extract the fucoxanthin from copper alga by supercritical CO_2 fluid. Methods The extraction rate of fucoxanthin was used as an index. The effects of extraction time, particle size, extraction pressure and extraction temperature on the extraction of fucoxanthin by supercritical CO_2 fluid were studied by single factor experiments. Results The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the size of the sample was 80 meshes, extracted at 25 ℃ and extraction temperature of 40 ℃ for 30 min, the extraction rate of fucoxanthin was 1.12 mg · g ~ (-1). Conclusion The optimal extraction technology for extraction of fucoxanthin from copper algae by supercritical carbon dioxide is optimized, which provides a reference for further development and application.
