本文引入新经济社会学的嵌入理论,分析公司和农户契约关系中社会资本的重要性及其相对应的关系互动和相互依赖模型:嵌入模型。通过对社会资本嵌入治理公司和农户契约关系的条件与机制的深入分析,所得到的一个基本结论是,公司和农户契约关系中需求的不确定性与供给的相对稳定,人力资本高度专用性下的定制交易,时间专用性下的复杂任务以及网络成员中频繁的交易关系使得社会资本嵌入机制不仅可以加强双方的信任关系,也是弥补公司和农户契约履约机制不足的重要制度保障。
This article introduces the embedded theory of new economic sociology, analyzes the importance of social capital in the contractual relationship between the company and the farmer and the corresponding relationship between interaction and interdependence model: the embedded model. Through an in-depth analysis of the conditions and mechanism of the social capital embedded governance companies and farmers contractual relationship, a basic conclusion is obtained that the uncertainty of demand and supply in the contractual relationship between the company and the peasant household are relatively stable under the high specificity of human capital The complicated transactions under time specificity and the frequent trading relationships among network members make the social capital embedding mechanism not only strengthen the trust relationship between the two parties but also be an important system guarantee to make up for the lack of compliance mechanism between the contract of the company and the peasant household.
