构建和谐油田,是全面落实科学发展观的内在要求,是塔里木油田党工委当前和今后一个时期的重点工作。油田基层党委处在经营与发展的前沿阵地,是构建和谐油田的直接组织者、执行者和推动者。笔者认为:基层党委应从政治方向、经营发展、维护稳定、处理核心与中心的关系和班子团结等方面准确定位,努力当好构建和谐油田的排头兵。
Constructing a harmonious oilfield is the intrinsic requirement of fully implementing the scientific development concept and is the key work of the Party Committee and Work Committee of the Tarim Oilfield in the current and future period. Oilfield grass-roots party committees in the forefront of business and development, is to build a harmonious oil field, the direct organizer, executor and promoter. The author believes that the grass-roots party committees should accurately position themselves in the political direction, business development, maintenance of stability, handling of the relationship between the core and the center, and unity of the team, and strive to be the vanguard in building a harmonious oil field.
