《四川农村日报》2001年9月24日报道:“四川省岳池县秦溪镇八角庙村一组舒联猛一家吃了野蘑菇后,导致一死三中毒的惨剧。 9月2日下午,舒联猛把自家竹林里生长的野生蘑菇摘回家煮了吃。当晚,一家人都感到头昏肚痛,又吐又泻。第二天,一家人请了一个乡村医生来看,孩子们算无事了,可舒联猛却不见好转,在转入县医院的当天夜里,因中毒不深离开人世。
