由于锁相环数字频率合成器系统在调频调幅无线电接收机中的最新应用,对减少芯片数目和更低功耗的要求已经实现。本文将叙述一种带有短波(FM/SW)的预定标器单片锁相环大规模集成电路,以满足设计发展之需要。 锁相环大规模集成电路已经籍助于N沟E/D MOS和CMOS晶体管的结合而获得实现,并推广应用于预定标器电路。
Due to the latest applications of PLL digital frequency synthesizer systems in FM AM radio receivers, the need to reduce the number of chips and lower power consumption has been achieved. This article will describe a short-wave (FM / SW) pre-scaler monolithic phase-locked loop LSI to meet the design development needs. Phase-locked loop LSIs have been implemented with the aid of a combination of N-channel E / D MOS and CMOS transistors and have been widely used in prescaler circuits.
