在经济全球化的背景下,区域经济一体化不断呈现出必然的历史发展趋势。环渤海经济圈面临区域内资源竞争、产业结构趋同等制约经济发展的问题。因此,环渤海地区要借鉴珠三角改革开放以来进行产业结构调整的宝贵经验,根据本区域内各地区的比较优势,培育商业集群,发展主导产业,从而形成各地区合理分工、相互协作的局面,实现区域经济一体化,提升环渤海地区的整体经济水平。
