研究牙周病患者的免疫情况是很有意义的,认为,牙周组织对牙齿的抗原结构“陌生”,从而发生排斥移植物型免疫反应。免疫细胞游走到“暴露的”抗原区或排斥区,对于这种反应的发展起很大作用。作者研究牙周病患者血白细胞群体游走活动的特点(体外试验),评定病人的静脉血和牙周组织毛细管血循环的 T 和 B 淋巴细胞以及白细胞含量的变化。材料和方法:检查54例中度和重度普遍型慢性牙周炎,女性23,男性31,年龄22~50岁。对照组是30名25~35岁牙周组织健康的献血者。按 Soberg B(?)ndixen 法评定血细
To study the immune status of patients with periodontal disease is of great significance, that the periodontal tissue on the antigen structure of the tooth “strange”, which occurred rejection of graft-type immune response. Immune cells migrate to “exposed” or exclusion zones, which play a large role in the development of this response. The authors studied the characteristics of in vitro activities of blood leukocyte populations in patients with periodontal disease (in vitro tests), and assessed the changes of T and B lymphocytes and leukocytes in the patient's venous blood and periodontal capillary blood circulation. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Totally 54 cases of moderate and severe chronic periodontitis were examined. Female 23, male 31, aged 22 to 50 years old.
