研究了野生中华猕猴桃同一植株上不同采期、熟度相近的果实和各次同期采收、着果部位不同、熟度相近和熟度不同的果实中全糖、还原糖、可滴定酸、维生素C含量的差异.结果表明:(1)在采期不同熟度相近的果实中,糖的含量差异很小,在采期相同、着果部位不同、熟度较高的果实中,不论是还原糖还是全糖含量都随采期推迟而升高.2)可滴定酸的含量随采收时间延迟有所下降,但8月下旬以后,无论是熟度相近的还是熟度不同的果实中,含酸量的差异均很小.3)维生素C的含量在不同植株和不同采期熟度相近的果实中均差异很大,且从采后第五天至软熟过程中急剧下降.因此,适当延迟采收可以提高鲜果品质,但因软熟期短,采后应采取措施抑制糖和酸的剧烈变化.
