最近,我们采取集体座谈、个别走访和问卷调查等形式,对全市100个农民党员小康之家进行了调查。我们了解到这些农民党员在党的富民政策的指引下。通过诚实劳动和合法经济,率先走上了富裕之路,95％的党员盖起了小洋楼或四合院,80％的党员购买了彩电、摩托车等2～3件以上高档商品,64％的党员购买了拖拉机或农用车,户户有存款,其中相当一部分存款达到数万元,有的已达十多万元,物质生活的确变得比较殷实富裕。过上小康生活的农民党员是否无忧无虑,达到理想境界呢?他们还有什么需求?调查得知:物质的富裕,不等于精神的富有,物质生活富裕的农民党员,仍存在着以下“五缺”: 一、缺进取意识 部分党员存在着“满足现状,小康即安”的思想,进取创业意识、发展步伐有减弱和放慢的趋势。有的认为通过近20年的辛勤劳动,不仅实现了祖祖辈辈“吃饱穿暖”的夙愿,而且生产有节余,仓库
