学习型组织的创建和知识型员工的培养,都是提升报业集团核心竞争力的有效途径。知识型员工的激励,是推进组织建设和流程再造的关键。本文在总结国内外知识型员工激励机制研究的基础上,结合中国报业集团现阶段具体实际,提出3个针对性较强的激励机制,包括以外在激励为主以内在激励为辅、以团队激励为主以个人激励为辅以及情感激励的激励体系。
The establishment of a learning organization and the training of knowledge workers are all effective ways to enhance the core competitiveness of the newspaper industry. The motivation of knowledge workers is the key to promoting organizational building and process reengineering. On the basis of summarizing the research on the incentive mechanism of knowledge workers at home and abroad, this paper puts forward three highly motivated incentive mechanisms based on the actual situation of China Newspaper Group, supplemented by internal incentives, Incentive incentive system supplemented by personal motivation and emotional motivation.
