1 The rapid development of China’s food industry Since the reform and opening up, China’s food industry has undergone tremendous changes, and it has now become a pillar industry of China’s national economy. The development and application of new technologies, new processes, and new equipment have greatly increased the output and quality of new products in the food industry. However, due to the thinness of the food industry, it is far from being able to adapt to the living standards of the modern people.
