Tan Hui, who was titled as “a Young Private Entrepreneur” by the Hong Kong media, has run in a big way in the capital market. In late May 2003, he twice attacked the capital market in Hong Kong. He not only acquired Yang Lan and Wu Zheng under the control of 80 million yuan 70% stake in Sunshine Satellite TV, but also with the Hong Kong film tycoon Chow Wen-huai to buy its share of 31.28% held by Golden Harvest Entertainment equity. The two acquisitions and Tan Hui last attack - intended to refer to the Hong Kong “shell king” Chan Kwok-keung's Oriental Charm (0198, HK) less than two months away. Qin Hui, who just turned 35, has become a Chinese folk song
