由济南市规划设计研究院历时三年完成的《济南市城市总体规划》,日前顺利通过了建设部专家组的审查和济南市第十一届人大常委会第二十九次会议的审查。参加评审的专家们认为,《济南市城市总体规划》指导思想明确,起点较高,资料详实,内容丰富,成果齐全,达到了国家对城市总体规划编制内容深度的要求,符合济南的实际。规划从专题研究入手,调查分析深入,科学性和可操作性强,规划编制运用计算机多媒体技术,手段先进,提交图纸的成果质量较高。
The Jinan City Urban Master Plan, which was completed three years ago by the Planning and Design Institute of Jinan City, passed the review of the Ministry of Construction’s expert group and the review of the 29th meeting of the 11th National People’s Congress Standing Committee of Jinan. The experts participating in the assessment believe that the “Jinan City Overall Plan” has clear guiding ideology, a high starting point, detailed information, rich content, and complete results, and has met the requirements of the state for the preparation of urban master planning content, which is in line with the reality of Jinan. The plan starts with thematic research, has deep investigation and analysis, is scientific and practical, and plans to use computer multimedia technology. It has advanced methods and the quality of the submitted drawings is of high quality.
