报道13例白血病并发严重感染在抗生素治疗未能控制时加用静脉滴注Fn,发现Fn对控制白血病感染有其重要性,即使白细胞计数较低病例也有一定效果。肛周脓疡是白血病极严重的感染,Fn治疗后5例中2例感染控制,静脉滴注Fn 6～8天后血浆Fn含量不能纠正者预后不良。
