在成人高等教育中实行学分制是教学管理制度的一项重大改革,是成人教育管理工作真正转变教育思想,面对社会需求,面向全体学生,全面实施素质教育的重要举措;是坚持按需施教、因材施教,充分调动学生学习的主动性和积极性,开发潜能,发展特长的实际步骤;是推进成人高等教育办学体制改革、教学改革、管理制度改革等一系列改革的重要切入点。虽然我校夜大试行学分制只有两三年,但也逐渐形成了自己的特点:在保证基本培养目标的情况下,以尽力满足学生发展需求为原则。
The implementation of credit system in adult higher education is a major reform of the teaching management system.
