目的:探讨高强度聚焦超声(简称HIFU)治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法:选择198例年龄在29～59岁的子宫肌瘤患者,利用HI-FU在人体内部的可聚焦特性,使用HIFUNIT9000聚焦肿瘤消融机脉冲式发射1MHz高能量聚焦超声波对子宫肌瘤进行治疗,比较治疗前后子宫肌瘤大小及临床症状的变化。结果:198例子宫肌壁间肌瘤和浆膜下肌瘤,HIFU治疗后1～12个月,复查总有效率为95.96%。仅8例肌瘤无明显缩小。结论:HIFU是一种安全有效的无创治疗子宫肌瘤的方法,治疗过程中不麻醉,痛苦小,治疗后不影响工作和生活。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods: A total of 198 patients with uterine fibroids aged 29-59 years were enrolled. HIFUNIT9000 focused tumor ablation machines were used to treat the hysteromyoma by pulsed 1MHz high-energy focused ultrasound using the confocal properties of HI-FU in the human body. The changes of uterine fibroids size and clinical symptoms before and after treatment were compared. Results: 198 cases of uterine myometrial fibroids and subserosal fibroids, HIFU treatment 1 to 12 months after the review of the total effective rate was 95.96%. Only 8 cases of myoma no significant reduction. Conclusion: HIFU is a safe and effective non-invasive treatment of uterine fibroids, the treatment process is not narcotic, painful, after treatment does not affect work and life.
