1病例资料患者,男,70岁,主诉突发胸闷、憋气2h,伴大汗淋漓、晕厥入院。T36.5℃,P76次/min,R18次/min,BP156/96mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa),行心电图检查示:窦性心动过缓,P-R间期延长,急性下壁心梗,ST段改变。高血压病史30年,未曾服用药物治疗。否认药物、食物过敏史,无冶游史,无饮酒史,吸烟50年,约1包/d,无其他不良嗜

Hypertensive history of 30 years, did not take medication. Denied drugs, history of food allergy, no history of travel, history of drinking, smoking 50 years, about 1 package / d, no other bad habits
