在社会主义和谐社会中,人人安居乐业,国家兴旺发达是其应有之意。而经济犯罪的增多,使人民群众身心受损,国家财产严重流失。这会增加政府的不和谐和社会的不和谐。因此,在和谐社会中,经济犯罪的控制更加重要。本文结合经济犯罪的原因,从反腐败、文化建设、法制建设几个方面谈谈和谐社会中经济犯罪的控制。
In a harmonious socialist society, everyone lives and works in peace and contentment, and the prosperity of a country is its due meaning. The increase of economic crimes has damaged the people’s mind and body, and the state property has been seriously wiped out. This will increase government disharmony and social discord. Therefore, in a harmonious society, the control of economic crime is even more important. Combining with the reasons of economic crimes, this article discusses the control of economic crimes in the harmonious society from the aspects of anti-corruption, cultural construction and legal system construction.
