本文针对CB-FA40齿轮泵采用三层复合材料轴承代替20高锡滑动轴承的可行性进行试验台试验,并用铁谱技术对轴承磨损状况进行检测。结果表明,三层复合材料轴承在承压能力、温度变化、使用寿命等方面,都大大优于20高锡滑动轴承。
In this paper, CB-FA40 gear pump using three composite bearings instead of 20 high-tin sliding bearing feasibility test bench, and the use of ferrography to test the bearing wear status. The results show that the three-layered composite bearing pressure capacity, temperature changes, the service life, etc., are much better than 20 high-tin sliding bearing.
