目的了解0~16岁儿童维生素D营养状况。方法对在南京儿童医院儿童保健科门诊进行常规体检的0~16岁2 266例儿童采用酶联免疫法进行血清25-(OH)D检测。结果1)冬春季检测1 204例,血清25-(OH)D为(55.1±19.58)nmol/L,男778例,女426例,血清25-(OH)D分别为(55.2±20.83)和(55.0±19.95)nmol/L,差异无统计学意义;其中≤1岁组、1~7岁组和>7岁组血清25-(OH)D分别为(71.7±27.39)、(59.6±18.25)和(46.9±14.97)nmol/L,组间两两比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2)夏秋季检测1 062例,血清25-(OH)D为(67.2±46.89)nmol/L,男670例,女392例,血清25-(OH)D分别为(67.8±51.51)和(68.3±35.21)nmol/L,差异无统计学意义;其中≤1岁组、1~7岁组和≥7岁组,血清25-(OH)D分别为(98.0±39.97)、(73.0±61.73)和(55.8±16.75)nmol/L,组间两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。3)日照不足的冬春季儿童的血清25-(OH)D水平显著低于日照充足的夏秋季(P<0.01)。结论0~16岁儿童除夏秋季婴儿组外,其余各年龄组全年的维生素D营养状况均属于不足的水平,并且年龄越大,维生素D水平越低,应该增加南京市儿童维生素D摄入量及延长户外活动时间,尤需重视7岁以上儿童及冬春季维生素D的补充。
Objective To understand the nutritional status of vitamin D in children aged 0 ~ 16 years. Methods Serum 25- (OH) D levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 2 266 children aged 0-16 years who were routine physical examination in Children’s Health Department of Nanjing Children’s Hospital. Results 1) There were 1 204 cases in winter and spring, the serum 25- (OH) D was (55.1 ± 19.58) nmol / L, including 778 males and 426 females, the serum 25- (OH) D were (55.2 ± 20.83) (55.0 ± 19.95) nmol / L, the difference was not statistically significant. The serum 25- (OH) D in the patients ≤1 years old, 1-7 years old and> 7 years old were (71.7 ± 27.39), (59.6 ± 18.25) ) And (46.9 ± 14.97) nmol / L, respectively. There was statistical significance between the two groups (P <0.01). 2) There were 1 062 cases detected in summer and autumn, the serum 25- (OH) D was (67.2 ± 46.89) nmol / L, including 670 males and 392 females. The serum 25- (OH) D were 67.8 ± 51.51 and 68.3 ± 35.21) nmol / L, the difference was not statistically significant. The serum 25- (OH) D in the patients ≤1 years old, 1-7 years old and ≥7 years old were (98.0 ± 39.97), (73.0 ± 61.73 ) And (55.8 ± 16.75) nmol / L, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). 3) The level of serum 25- (OH) D in winter and spring sunshine was significantly lower than that in sunshine summer (P <0.01). Conclusion The nutritional status of vitamin D in children aged 0 ~ 16 years is not enough in all age groups except for the summer and autumn infants, and the older, the lower the level of vitamin D, the increase of vitamin D intake in children in Nanjing Volume and extend outdoor activities time, especially the importance of children over the age of 7 and winter and spring vitamin D supplement.
