中国证券监督管理委员会与意大利国家证券监管委员会今天在意大利罗马签署了中意《证券期货监管合作谅解备忘备》。中意此次正式签署《证券期货监管合作谅解备忘录》,为两国监管机构在监管信息分享、相互提供协助和人员交流培训等方面的合作建立了正常渠道,为中国企业更好地利用欧洲资本市场融资创造了条件,标志着中意两国证券期货市场的合作与交流进入一个新的阶段,有利于双方证券期货市场的完善和发展。
China Securities Regulatory Commission and Italian National Securities Regulatory Commission today signed a memorandum of understanding on “China-Italy Securities Regulatory Cooperation and Supervision Cooperation” in Rome, Italy. China and Italy formally signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in Supervision and Administration of Securities and Futures so as to establish a normal channel for the cooperation between regulatory authorities of the two countries in regulatory information sharing and mutual assistance and personnel exchange and training so as to make better use of the European capital markets by Chinese enterprises Financing created the conditions that marked the beginning of a new phase in the cooperation and exchange between China and Italy in the securities and futures markets, which is conducive to the improvement and development of the securities and futures markets on both sides.
