1997年我省地税、国税机构进一步分设以来,全省地税部门累计组织各项收入6762亿元,年均增长29%;其中:税收收入4628亿元,年均增长25%;社保费等非税收入2134亿元,年均增长43%。2006年全省地税部门组织各项收入突破1500亿元,达1557.98亿元,增长21.41%;其中:税收收入突破1000亿元,达1000.12亿元,增长19.01%;非税收入突破500亿元,达557.86亿元,增长25.95%。2006年全省地税收入是1997年的10.74倍。回首我省地税发展历程,十年艰苦创业、厚积薄发,地税部门肩负财政收支平衡的“托盘”责任更加重大,促进经济发展和产业结构调整的“杠杆”作用更加突出,服务民生、强化社保、促进社会和谐的“稳定器”功能更加强大,并形成了具有浙江特色、走在全国前列的地税征管思路和方法。
