目的 :探讨富氧室对高原人体自由基代谢及富氧保留时间的影响。方法 :在海拔 370 0m高原室内充氧 ,使氧浓度提高为 2 4 %~ 2 5 % ,1 2名受试者在富氧条件下睡眠 1 0小时 ,出富氧室 4小时后 ,检测血中活性氧 (ROS)、总抗氧化能力 (T -AOC)、超氧化物岐化酶 (SOD)和丙二醛 (MDA)在富氧前、富氧后 4h的变化。结果 :出富氧室后 4h较富氧前SOD、T -AOC增高 ,MDA、ROS降低 ,差别有显著性 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :富氧对低氧造成的自由基损伤有明显的抑制作用 ,能加速体内自由基的清除 ,并且增强机体的氧储备可持续 4小时以上
Objective: To investigate the effect of oxygen-enriched chamber on free radical metabolism and oxygen-rich retention in high altitude. Methods: Oral oxygenation was performed at an altitude of 370 m on a plateau, the oxygen concentration was increased from 24% to 25%, 12 subjects were put to sleep for 10 hours in oxygen-rich condition and 4 hours after oxygen- The changes of reactive oxygen species (ROS), total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) Results: The levels of SOD and T-AOC increased 4 h after oxygen enrichment and the MDA and ROS decreased significantly (P <0.05 or P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Oxygen enrichment significantly inhibits free radical damage induced by hypoxia, accelerates free radical scavenging and enhances the body’s oxygen reserve for more than 4 hours
