1Г型压缩机是一种大型卧式双列高压往复式氮氢气压缩机。全国共有39台,分别安装在七个大型化肥厂中,是各厂的关键设备之一。该机主轴系大型阶梯轴类零件,其形状如图1所示。材质为40＃钢,锻后经正火、回火处理,毛坯约6米长,重约25吨。几年来,据不完全统计,在国内曾连续发生该机主轴断裂事故八起。其裂纹常常发生在φ460毫米并沿其回转周向呈扇形方向发展,如图2所示。有
1Г-type compressor is a large horizontal double-row high-pressure reciprocating nitrogen-hydrogen compressor. A total of 39 units nationwide were installed in seven large-scale fertilizer plants, respectively, as one of the key plant equipment.
