老总们真的该好好想想,自己是否有过真正的战略思考?也许该有一次真正的痛苦?“战略”可能是目前被误用和滥用频率最高的词。好像什么时候都在谈战略。我碰到的老总70%以上都认为自己有很强的战略能力,缺的只是执行。事实果真如此吗?教科书可以给出上百种战略的定义,但这并没有太大的意义。本文只想说明一个问题:什么时候CEO是在进行真正的战略思考?一句话:痛并快乐着——通过痛苦的选择,达到快乐的生存,这才是战略的精要。有一个清晰的战略,做企业虽然依旧辛苦,却不会痛苦。CEO做出痛苦的选择,企业就不会有痛苦的生存。先苦后甜。
