在教学中,由于受传统教学思想、教学方法的影响以及学生个体差异的存在,在集体教学组织形式中出现了既照顾大多数学生又要兼顾个别需求的矛盾。面对这些问题和挑战,改革传统的教学方法,尝试新的教学方法,已提到教学改革的议事日程上来。为此,我们将美国著名的教育心理学家布卢姆(B·S·bloom)提出的“掌握学习”理论以及在此基础上形成的“掌握学习”教学法引入到音乐教育专业教学中来。
In teaching, due to the influence of traditional teaching methods, teaching methods and individual differences among students, there appeared contradictions in collective teaching organization form that take care of most students as well as individual needs. In the face of these problems and challenges, reforming the traditional teaching methods and trying out new teaching methods have already come to the agenda of teaching reform. To this end, we introduce the theory of “mastery of learning” proposed by the famous American educational psychologist Bloom and the “mastery learning” pedagogy formed on this foundation into music education Professional teaching.
