采用免疫组织化学方法测定４５例非小细胞肺癌组织中一氧化氮合酶Ⅰ的表达．结果，２１例肺癌组织中一氧化氮合酶Ⅰ阳性，在局部淋巴结有转移组与未转移组差异有显著性．提示过表达一氧化氮合酶Ⅰ与非小细胞肺癌局部淋巴结转移有关．
Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expression of nitric oxide synthase I in 45 cases of non-small cell lung cancer. The results showed that nitric oxide synthase I was positive in 21 cases of lung cancer. There was significant difference in metastasis between regional lymph nodes and non-metastasis. The overexpression of nitric oxide synthase I is associated with local lymph node metastasis in non-small cell lung cancer.
