了解高校学生考试焦虑的状况,探讨考试焦虑产生的原因及应对方法。方法采用张(W.K.Zung)焦虑自评量表调查学生焦虑状况,分析原因,将接近界值及以上的40名学生随机分为干预组和对照组两组,评价干预效果。结果通过分析考试焦虑原因,对干预组进行针对性疏导,干预组干预前后焦虑标准分差值与对照组未干预前后焦虑标准分差值比较,P<0.05,两组差值之间有差异,干预组干预后焦虑水平显著降低。结论考试焦虑是内部因素和外部因素共同作用的结果,通过前期的预防和后期的针对性疏导,对改善学生考试焦虑状况有显著效果。
Understand the situation of university students’ test anxiety and explore the causes of test anxiety and the corresponding methods. Methods The anxiety status of students was investigated by using W.K.Zung self-rating anxiety scale. The reasons were analyzed. 40 students close to the threshold and above were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, and the intervention effect was evaluated. Results By analyzing the causes of test anxiety, the intervention groups were carefully diverted. The differences of anxiety standard scores before and after intervention in the intervention group were compared with those in the control group before and after the intervention, P <0.05. There were differences between the two groups, The level of anxiety in intervention group was significantly lower after intervention. Conclusion Test anxiety is the result of the interaction between internal factors and external factors. It has a significant effect on improving students’ test anxiety through pre-prevention and late-stage targeted counseling.
