中国社会发展的目标其一是在经济基础和上层建筑等各个领域内形成依法治国的核心理念。在伴随着改革开放进程的发展,我国已经走上了法制化的进路。在此过程中,我们有成功的喜悦,也必然有代价的痛楚。所以我们需要在深化体制改革的同时,进一步建立起完善的法治体系,更新相关法律精神,建立相关理论的体系,这是在我国进入21世纪的不二选择。
One of the goals of China’s social development is to form the core philosophy of governing the country according to law in various fields such as economic foundation and superstructure. Along with the development of the process of reform and opening up, our country has embarked on the path of legalization. In this process, we have the joy of success, but also inevitably have the pain of price. Therefore, we need to deepen the system reform at the same time, to further establish a sound system of the rule of law, to update the spirit of the law, the establishment of relevant theoretical system, which is the best choice for our country into the 21st century.
